In order to comply with the State of California's Government Transparency requirements, documents related to the North County Fire Protection District's meetings, financials, and Memorandum of Understanding contracts with employees have been uploaded below. Currently, all to date documents and for those in 2017 have been made available.

Enterprising Catalog
Any software used by NCFPD that collects, stores, exchanges, or analyzes information collected about the public is listed here. Purpose, type of data, custodian of said data, and how frequently it is updated is listed.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
All Memorandum of Understanding contracts from employees within the NCFPD. Also available in a separate document is the general Salary Schedule of each position.
Brown Act Compliance
Per the Brown Act, “the public commissions, boards and councils and the other public agencies in this State exist to aid in the conduct of the people’s business. It is the intent of the law that their actions be taken openly and that their deliberations be conducted openly.” The following link describes how the NCFPD complies with the Brown Act.
