The North County Fire Protection District Board of Directors adopted the final version of the 2010/11 Strategic Plan on May 18th, 2010 at its regular meeting.  Goal and vision statements were created and drafted in the plan.  The strategic plan is a compilation of a variety of reports, data, statistics, research, and input from the Board, members of the public, and the District's subcommittees.  This plan serves as a guide for leadership and direction in maintaining current levels of service during difficult economic periods.

Furthermore, the District will measure progress being made periodically to ensure that its objectives are being met.
