Fire & EMS Incident Reports
Requests for incident reports must be in writing on the form provided on the link above. Such information would include date of incident, location, type of incident, etc. Because of new legislation pertaining to patient privacy, some report information may not be included with your request. Please allow 5 - 10 business days to process your request.


Fire Investigation Report
Requests for fire investigation reports must be in writing on the form provided on the link above. Such information would include date of incident, location, type of incident, etc. These requests must be directed to the Division of Code Enforcement at our headquarters station.
