2001 Spartan Smeal 75' Quint with 1500 gpm pumping capability.
This specialized piece of apparatus is housed at North County Fire Protection District's Station One in Castroville.





2003 Spartan High Tech Type I Engine - 1500 gpm pump and corresponding 750 gallon water tank. Type I engines are the District's primary response engine.








2001 International High-Tech 4 X 4 Type III Wildland Engine with 500 gpm pump and corresponding 400 gallon water tank. Primary use for these types of engines are wildland firefighting response and out-of-county strike team requests.







USAR Type I Heavy Rescue









OES 243 - Type I Engine

1990 C-8000 Ford Cabover. This apparatus has been aquired under an agreement with the California Office of Emergency Services. Its primary responsibility is to respond to statewide emergency assignments. However, the agreement does allow usage during daily operations. Its capabilities include a 1000 gpm pump and a 750 gallon water tank.
